Privacy Policy & Cookies

Last updated 29.09.2026

Dear Visitor,

at ANEFILL (“us”, “we”, “our” or the “Company”), we prioritize your privacy and the safeguarding of your data. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) outlines how our Company collects, uses, and discloses your personal information during your interaction with our services, whether you are visiting, using our services, or communicating with us in any other way (collectively, the “Services”). In this Policy, “you” and “your” refer to you as the user of the Services. This includes customers, website visitors, or any individual whose information we collect under this Privacy Policy.

Here, personal data (“Personal Data”) is defined as any information that, either on its own or when combined with other available information, can identify an individual. We process all personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 – and with the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2).

This Privacy Policy aims to provide users of our services with comprehensive details regarding how we handle your personal data. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

Updates to Our Privacy Policy

Occasionally, we may make changes to this Privacy Policy to better reflect updates in our practices or to align with operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Whenever this policy is revised, we will post the updated version on the Site, modify the “Last updated” date, and comply with any additional steps required by applicable law.

Hosting and Server Log Files

Visiting our website does not require you to provide personal data. However, each time the website is accessed, your browser automatically transmits certain technical data, which is recorded in server log files. This includes the page requested, the date and time of the request, your IP address, the browser and operating system you use, the referring page, and the amount of data transferred.

Our website is hosted by an external hosting and content delivery provider, which delivers the site through a global network of servers and protects it against attacks and misuse. In doing so, the provider processes the technical data described above on our behalf, as a processor bound by a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR. Log data is kept only for as long as needed for these purposes and is then deleted or anonymised.

Because the provider operates servers worldwide, this data may be processed outside the European Union, including in the United States. Such transfers are safeguarded by the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. This processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in delivering the website securely, reliably and quickly. Further details of the provider are available on request.

Collection and Usage of Your Personal Information

In our effort to deliver the Services, we gather some personal information about you. The nature of the information we collect and how we use it largely depends on your interactions with us. Beyond the specific purposes outlined below, we may use the information we gather to communicate with you, deliver the Services, adhere to legal obligations, and safeguard the Services, as well as protect our rights, the rights of our users, and others.

Information Provided Directly by You

When you contact us, for example by email, we process the information you choose to give us — typically your name, company, email address, telephone number and the content of your message — in order to answer your enquiry. This is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or to steps before entering into one, and otherwise on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in responding to the people who contact us. We keep this correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to meet our legal retention obligations.

Cookies

Our website does not use cookies. Nor does it use similar technologies that store information on your device or read it from your device, such as local storage or browser fingerprinting. For this reason, we do not ask for cookie consent.

Website Statistics

To understand how our website is used, we collect anonymous statistics through a cookieless web analytics service provided by our hosting and content delivery provider. When a page loads, a small script reports the page visited, the referring website, your browser, operating system and device type, your country, and technical performance measurements such as page load time.

The service stores nothing on your device, does not create a profile of you, and does not recognise you on later visits or across other websites. Your IP address is used only to determine your country and is not used to identify you. We see the results only as aggregated statistics, such as the number of page views per day.

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in understanding how our website is used so that we can improve it. The provider processes this data on our behalf under the data processing agreement and transfer safeguards described in the section on hosting above.

Safeguarding and Sharing Personal Data

We keep your personal data confidential and do not sell it. We share it only with our hosting and content delivery provider, which also provides our website statistics and processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement, or where we are required to do so by law.

At ANEFILL, protecting your rights concerning your personal data is a priority.
